Read and compare results, then export

Filter by attribute, compare segments, and export exactly what you're looking at.

A survey's Results tab has a row of views: Brief, Summary, Responses, More views and Follow-ups. The Brief writes the few findings that matter most as sentences, each with the chart behind it. The Summary shows every question as people answer: choice breakdowns, NPS, Likert agree/neutral/disagree splits, matrix top-box share, and text summaries. More views holds the analyses that answer one question each: Heatmap, Drivers, Crosstab and Drop-off.

Filter and compare

Use the toolbar to filter by attribute, source or date range, or choose a dimension to compare by and split every question into segments by department, location or any attribute you've added. Select a segment in any table to focus on it across the whole survey. These views live in the URL, so a filtered or compared view can be shared or bookmarked as-is.

For every answer side by side with the differences that are statistically significant marked, open Crosstab under More views. Crosstabs and significance explains it.

Individual responses

The Responses view lists every submission with its answers, source, device and time. Admins can delete a response, which reopens that person's personal link.

Exporting

The Export menu offers an Excel workbook (.xlsx) or CSV of the responses in this view or of all responses, and a PowerPoint or PDF report of the view. Exports honor whatever filters are active, who may export is editors and above unless the organization sets another role (an Enterprise control), and every export is recorded in the audit log.

On the Free plan, a survey stops collecting once it reaches 300 responses. Everything already collected stays, and upgrading to Team lifts the limit right away.
