Questions about plans
- What counts as a response?
- One person submitting a survey. Opening a survey or leaving part-way doesn’t count, and the limit applies to each survey separately.
- What happens when a Free survey reaches 300 responses?
- The survey stops accepting new responses and tells respondents so. Everything already collected stays, and upgrading to Team lifts the limit straight away.
- How do we upgrade or cancel?
- Owners start from Settings → Billing. Where card payment is switched on, they upgrade and manage invoices, payment details and cancellation there. Where it isn’t, contact us and we’ll set up your plan.
- What do expert queries cost?
- Each expert sets a rate per answer. You pay when you ask, the payment is held, and you’re charged only for answers you approve. Until card payments are switched on, expert questions run in test mode and no money moves. Expert queries work on every plan.
