Personal links and reminders

Open a survey's Participants tab and choose Add participants to bring in a group or paste email addresses. wrkflow gives each person a single-use personal link and attaches their contact details to whatever they answer.

Sending

Check Email their links now while adding people, or use Email links afterwards, to send everyone who hasn't been emailed yet. Small sends go out at once; large ones continue in the background, and you can leave the page. If email isn't set up for your workspace, choose Download links and send them yourself from email or an HR tool; each link still records one response.

Reminders

Once people have been emailed, Remind sends a nudge only to those who were emailed but haven't responded, never to anyone who's already answered. In the send dialog, When lets you send now or schedule a time in your organization’s time zone, and Automatic reminders on the Participants tab remind people after a number of days without a response, up to a limit you choose. They stop when the survey closes.

Tracking

The Participants tab shows how many have responded, with filters for Not emailed, Waiting and Responded.
